Internships

NICHE - Helping you find yours

The deadline to apply for a 2012 winter internship has passed. We will accept applications for internships in August 2012.

Winter internships are available in our audit & tax departments. As an intern, you will join a team of experienced, knowledgeable professionals. The bulk of your internship occurs during busy season—a work-intensive period in which you will receive extensive on-the-job exposure to, and training in, a variety of different Larson & Rosenberger specialties. The purpose of your internship is twofold:

  1. To introduce you to our company culture, our processes, and our specialties
  2. To establish your "fit" in the firm
At the conclusion of your internship, we will evaluate you based upon your performance and your long-term career objectives. With this evaluation in mind, we will then review our employment agreement with you, and possibly extend a formal offer to you for full-time, permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • From January through April, working full time in our Sandy, Utah office; Spanish Fork, Utah office; or Glendale, California office

  • Being forward thinking, positive, and industrious
  • Participating in our "Expectations Agreement" personal evaluation program

Qualitative Requirements:
  • Personal initiative, both in the way you work and in the way you interact with people
