Larson & Company is a full-service CPA firm with four offices in Utah, offering a family-friendly environment specializing in tax and audit services. We are currently seeking an administrative assistant in our Sandy office to support our growing practice. This is a good career opportunity for someone with experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or tax processor.

Job Responsibilities:
· Managing company paperwork and information, including scanning and filing
· Accounts receivable tasks
· Processing tax returns
· Printing and coordinating audit reports
· Assisting employees with other tasks, including coordinating messages and information with clients
· Coordinating travel for firm employees
· Maintains supplies and inventory, anticipates supply needs,places and expedites orders for supplies

Technical Requirements:
· Microsoft Office proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)
· Knowledge of tax processing procedure is preferred but not required
· Accounts receivable experience is preferred but not required
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· Attention to detail
· Able to take on and follow through on a varied range of tasks
· Works well under deadlines
· Works well with many types of personalities
